Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: – The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. – The return must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

Return Process: – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@theophiluszoeng.com to request a return authorization. – Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. – Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

3. Return Postage: – The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return postage. – We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned item. – We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment.

4. Exchange Process: – If you wish to exchange the shirt for a different size, color, or style, the company will bear the cost of the postage for the exchanged item. – The customer will still be responsible for the return postage of the original item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges: – Once we receive the returned shirt and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 days. – Refunds will be issued to the bank account suggested by the customer as part of the refund process. – Exchanges will be shipped out promptly once the returned item is received and processed. 

6. Non-Returnable Items: – We do not accept returns on shirts that have been personalized or customized. – Sale or clearance items may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific product page or email us for details.
